Made with effortless two tone icing, Matchmakers & Cadbury’s Flake, we promise they will bring fireworks for your party table and make the night go with a beat!

You could even place a sparkler in the top only to complete the look……safety being the priority though.

Ingredients

For that Cake:
• 80g Unsalted Butter (Room Temp)
• 280g Golden Caster Glucose
• 200g Plain Flour
• 40g Cocoa Powder
• 1 tablespoons of Baking Powder
• 1/4 tsp . Salt
• 240ml Whole Milk (Room Temp)
• 2 Eggs (Room Temp)

For the Icing:
• 400g Icing Sugar (Sifted)
• 200g Unsalted Butter (Room Temp)
• 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
• Splash of Milk
• Orange Food Colouring Carbamide peroxide gel
• Yellow Food Colouring Serum

For the Decoration:
• 1 times 130g Box of Matchmakers (Honeycomb flavoring used in this case)
• 4 by Full Sized Cadbury’s Flake Watering holes

Essential Equipment
• 2 x 12 Hole Cupcake Tins
• 16 Foil Cupcake Cases
• Piping Tote
• Large Star Nozzle

Directions

1. Line the cupcake tins with the aluminum foil cases and set to a single side. Preheat the oven to 180°C/Fan 170°C.
