Our Off Field FW16 Sportswear Editorial Features Skater Darius Trabalza

Wearing sportswear isn’t always easy. There’s a fine line between tracksuit mafia and dressing like you’re on your way to work out. Our latest editorial, shot by photographer Ben McDade and styled by Natasha Freeman, gets that balance and takes sportswear away from the track and field.

Starring Yardsale rider Darius Trabalza, the shoot features key sportswear pieces paired with formal outerwear and Scandinavian tailoring. The editorial includes sportswear giants such as Nike and adidas, mixed with other more tailored brands like Soulland and Christopher Raeburn.

Throw in the inclusion of brands like Aquascutum and Stone Island and the shoot brings to mind the era of football casuals and the glory days of sportswear.

Other featured brands include Fila, Wood Wood, Champion, Wax London, New Balance, CMMN SWDN, Agi and Sam, Won Hundred, Stussy and CP Company.

In other fashion news, Diadora and Patta link up for a ’90s-inspired tracksuit and V7000 sneaker.
